Resource Profile: haau3 CareTeam

A care team a health system recorded about a care recipient. The people on the team and the role each one holds are the source system's own. Every delivered record carries the identifier naming the source record it came from. A participant may state that its member is unknown, when the source named a role but not who fills it, or named someone whose record was not delivered.
