A patient's self-reported answer to one of the three haau3 'My Story' prompts. Each Observation represents a single (patient, prompt) pair, identifiable by a stable haau3 namespace key for deterministic upsert via conditional update on Identifier. Mirrors PACIO ADI's ADI-CareExperiencePreference constraints; instances additionally claim PACIO conformance via meta.profile.
