Something about a Dosage that Structured Sig wrote from free-text directions that a person should check: words it did not place, a unit or route it added from the medication, a written unit or route the medication disagrees with, an abbreviation on the Do Not Use list, or directions it did not structure. Each flag is a code with a published meaning and, when it is about words, those words as the directions wrote them. A Dosage carries one flag per finding and never a numeric confidence score.
